If you are attempting to use a marketing promotion (discount code) to a subscription order, it will not work. Subscriptions are a discount in themselves and our system will not allow "stacking" of discount codes.
If you would like to take advantage of a promotion, we suggest that you access your subscription and skip a shipment. Then make a one-time purchase using the promotional discount.
