Frog Fuel is a ready-to-drink liquid protein. One packet is the equivalent of a single serving. Frog Fuel does NOT need to be refrigerated but some of our customers refrigerate the packets because they enjoy a thicker viscosity. Frog Fuel can also be mixed in water, juice, or smoothies.
Youth and Wellness:
Power Protein - Take one to two packets per day in the morning and or evening. We do not recommend taking the Power Protein Energized in the evening.
