To reset your password, Browse to the appropriate homepage; FrogFuel.com or ProT GOLD.com
Select the icon at the top right corner that looks like a small person.
A POPUP will open. Select Forgot Password at the bottom right side of the window.
A new POPUP will appear. Enter your email address and then select SUBMIT.
If you attempt to reset your password and it is unsuccessful, there is the possibility that you may not have ACTIVATED your account. You can either look for the activation email we sent you when you placed your very first order and selecting the blue activation button in that email or contact our support team to send you a new one.
